We can provide hypoallergenic bedding in the rooms upon advanced request.
The restaurant menu includes gluten-free and vegetarian option. Unfortunately, we are unable to store or use food brought in by guests in the hotel kitchen due to Austrian hygiene regulations, which are designed to guarantee the safety of all our guests at all times.
Arrival
By car
The Hotel Acerina is usually easily accessible by car all year round. Please note the road closure in winter via Warth, which some navigation systems do not take into account, and inform yourself in good time about the current road conditions. We recommend that you equip your car for all winter conditions.
By train
Travel comfortably and safely in all weather conditions by train to the Langen & St. Anton am Arlberg train stations. From there you can travel comfortably to Lech by bus or taxi.
By plane
From Frankfurt (5h), Munich (4h), Milan (5h), Zurich (2h), Innsbruck (2h) you can travel to Lech via five different airports. For the transfer from the airport, the company Arlbergexpress offers a shuttle service. Alternatively, we recommend traveling by taxi with “Der Lecher” or the Arlbergexpress, as the drivers are experienced with local weather conditions and are equipped accordingly.

Terms and Conditions
Changes, typesetting and printing errors excepted. The photos and the room layout are equipment variations, minor deviations are possible. The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply with the exception of § 5: Cancellation Fee. Cancellation terms as per the website may apply.
Rest Day
Tuesday evening is rest day with no dinner.
List of recommended restaurants
The reception desk is staffed until 11:00 a.m. on this day. If you arrive on Tuesday, we will be happy to leave the key for you if you arrive after 11:00 a.m.
Skidepot
At Sportalp Lech, we offer you free ski storage when you book directly and stay for a minimum of 5 nights. For example, if you book 7 nights, ski storage is included for 6 days.
Insurance and Cancellation
Cancellation is inconvenient for you and us and we try to be generous. However, if it is not possible to re-sell the room, we will charge cancellation fees. The same applies to early departures, late arrivals and no-shows.
From booking in case of cancellation, non-arrival, late arrival, early departure there is a 100 % cancellation fee. We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.
