Our hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Lech. The village is located on the Arlberg in Austria. In the heart of the Alps, we are situated at 1445 metres above sea level and are internationally renowned as a winter sports resort.
The Arlberg region, also known as the cradle of alpine skiing, stands for hospitality, closeness to nature and service at the highest level.
Our village has a long history of winter sports. Skiing has been practised since the 19th century. ou can discover interesting facts about the history of Lech in the Huberhus Museum, housed in a 500-year-old farmhouse.
As the largest interconnected ski area in Austria, Lech-Zürs is one of the best winter sports regions in the world. Guaranteed snow, varied terrain and a breathtaking backdrop speak for themselves.
In addition to skiing, the region offers numerous alternative outdoor activities:
- The cross-country ski trail into the car-free Zugertal offers views of snow-covered and unspoilt landscapes.
- The surrounding nature can be explored on numerous winter hiking trails – from the village to high up in the mountains.
- The toboggan run from Oberlech to Lech provides a little more thrill – toboggans can be hired free of charge from the hotel.
